- the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor in case of violation in the processing of data pursuant to art. 77 of Regulation 679/2016;
- the right to bring a judicial appeal in the event of unlawful data processing, even against the acts undertaken by the Guarantor pursuant to art. 78 of Regulation 679/2016.
Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
