I’m Monica.<\/h3>\n

I was born in 1964<\/strong> in a mountain village on Lake of Como<\/strong>.
My mother had a small sewing workshop<\/strong>, where I spent my free time during my summer holidays, cutting and sewing scraps of fabrics.
I liked to pick up a piece of fabric<\/strong>, imagine what it could become and see it transform in my hands.
Over the years this passion of mine has become my job.<\/p>\n

The most important turning point in my personal and working life took place in 1997<\/strong> with the birth of my daughter Martina<\/strong>, who catapulted my husband Massimo and me into a wonderful world, which we did not know and which we discovered with curiosity and joy.<\/p>\n

The birth of our product<\/h3>\n

While my mother’s laboratory was producing sanitary items<\/strong>, I met a breastfeeding consultant<\/strong> (a special thanks goes to Emily), who introduced me and supported me during Martina’s breastfeeding.<\/p>\n

It was from her that I learned the importance of Babywearing<\/strong>, the practice of “carrying the baby on”.<\/p>\n

It is an ancient practice, which allows you to experiment with protection, containment and safety.<\/strong>
In fact, Babywearing recreates an environment similar to that of the womb for the newborn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We needed a support that would allow us to keep Martina always close (also because she really didn’t want to be separated from us).
Taking a cue from an ergonomic baby carrier<\/strong> already used by another mother, we were able to create a support that was finally suitable.<\/p>\n
